Shipping
Currently we only ship within USA and Canada. If you are from any other location, please contact us directly prior to purchase and we will gladly do our best to accommodate your request.
Currently we charge flat rate shipping for all items. The Flat Rate for USA based delivery locations is $3.00 per item. The Flat Rate for Canada based delivery locations is $6.00 per item. In some rare cases additional shipping may be required. When this rare situation occurs, it will be reflected on individual item pages and added in at checkout. At this time, we only offer Economy based shipping.
The reason for going this method is that we are a small family run custom mug and apparel design shop. We produce as much product as well can at our own location. At times this is not the most efficient way to do things, so we gave partnered with a couple of different production groups. Depending on the item purchased and the time it takes to produce your items could be shipped form multiple different locations around the country. This will change in the future as we continue to grow and expand.
Each item is considered "made to order" and will need to be created from scratch after purchase. Typically, we require 2-5 days for production depending on the item purchased. Economy shipping typically runs between 2-6 days depending on end destination. Both production times and shipping may vary during certain times of the year (e.g.: the Holiday season, etc.). In addition, world events such as COVID may impact delivery times. In most cases your items will be on your doorstep in 7-10 days even though this cannot be guaranteed. Because we use multiple production partners it is possible that not all of your items will come in the same package.
Please note that we have no control of shipping delays caused by the different shipping carriers our production partners may use. Items that are known to require longer production times will be listed on each item page.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please fill out the Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to obtain an RMA number. Please include your RMA number inside the package where it can easily be located to ensure we give the credit back to the correct customer. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
